StackCommerce, a native commerce platform and our 5th investment ever, was acquired by TPG’s Integrated Media Company (IMC). StackCommerce was an early player in digital publishing monetization, spearheading the push towards “native commerce” that allowed media properties to monetize their own content to a much greater degree. IMC sees the investment “as an opportunity to better integrate eCommerce into the revenue strategies of some of its existing media investments.”

Carpay, a loan management software company focused on Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) dealers, was featured on Automotive Ventures “Daily Download Recaps”, after closing their $6.5M Series A led by Autotech Ventures. Strike Graph, a SaaS platform simplifying security certifications like SOC 2 or ISO 27001, announced the launch of its first-of-its-kind automated AI security report. Justin Beals, CEO of Strike Graph, said that, “the biggest complaint we hear from customers is answering security questionnaires. Each questionnaire is different and takes precious time away from CTOs and technical talent to close deals.” Strike Graph is simplifying the process, building a sustainable compliance practice with deep integrations, and helping B2B companies unlock new revenue.
